Born and raised in Central Pennsylvania along the Susquehanna River, we spent every summer as kids fishing for smallmouth on the river and hiking up into the mountains for trout on light tackle.
I was one of the first members of the Bass Fishing Team at West Virginia University around 2010 as competitive college bass fishing starting to catch its stride. After graduation, I took a job that allowed me to travel and fish world class fisheries in many different states. This helped me develop a well-rounded skill set has benefited me on the tournament trail. After being on the road and fishing all over the country for nearly 10 years, my wife, three daughters, and myself permanently moved to beautiful southwest Florida. Once in Florida, I sold my boats, picked-up competitive kayak fishing and haven’t looked back.
