Raised along the shores of The Outer Banks, North Carolina, I was immersed in the world of competitive Pro/Am Bodyboarding from a young age. Though my focus has shifted towards Kayak Fishing in recent years, I’m grateful for the continued support I receive. Over a decade ago, I joined the esteemed Hobie Fishing Team, targeting a diverse array of inshore saltwater species, from speckled trout and puppy drum in the flats to the thrilling pursuit of cobia along the ocean’s edge. During warmer months, you’ll find me exploring the ocean, inlets, and surrounding waters, while colder seasons draw me deep into our estuaries in pursuit of wintering Big Trout. With a passion for photography and a dedication to family life, both of my children have shared countless fishing adventures aboard my kayak. Holding both a Captain’s License and a Guide’s License, I take great joy in spreading the excitement and knowledge of angling, welcoming others to join me on the water.
