A few years ago, I wasn’t a fisherman, until one day, a friend introduced me to HOBIE kayaks, and I got hooked. Since then, I haven’t gotten off my Hobie kayak – I even have two now! I live in the capital of Bulgaria, Sofia, and during winter, I fish in the nearby freshwater reservoirs. In the summer months, I stay on the beautiful southern Black Sea coast, where I love catching local species like Bonito, Bluefish, Black Scorpionfish, and others. There is nothing more beautiful and exciting than greeting the sunrise on the sea from a kayak!
