I’ve been living in Lake Tahoe for the past 15 years, and I’ve been lucky enough to fish for all kinds of species—trout, bass, salmon, and panfish—all within a couple of hours from home. But nothing beats the thrill of hitting the ocean with my Hobie kayak, a few buddies, dropping some lobster or crab traps, and then going fishing!
